Payment Options

Outright Window Tinting offers multiple payment options for customer convenience.

Customers may pay with cash or Zelle and avoid additional fees.

Credit card payments are also available as another payment option and include a processing fee of up to 3%.

Charges may appear on your credit card statement as:

Cash and Zelle Payments

Cash and Zelle payments do not include an additional credit card processing fee.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are available for customers who prefer to pay by card.

A credit card processing fee of up to 3% may be added to credit card transactions. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Customers may choose to pay with cash or Zelle to avoid additional credit card processing fees.

Invoices and Payment Requests

Invoices or payment requests are provided by Outright Window Tinting after service details, pricing, appointment information, or completed work have been reviewed and confirmed.

Customers do not need to request an invoice separately. If an invoice or payment request is needed, Outright Window Tinting will provide it when appropriate.

Invoices or payment requests may include:

Approved service charge
Approved discount, if applicable
Applicable taxes, if required
Credit card processing fee, if paying by credit card
Optional tip, if selected
Final amount due

Customers should review the invoice or payment request before completing payment.

Discounts

If a discount is provided to a customer, the discount will be reflected on the customer’s charge, payment request, or invoice.

Discounts may be shown as a separate discount line, coupon, adjustment, or reduced service amount before payment is completed.

Discounts are not guaranteed and must be approved by Outright Window Tinting.

Credit Card Processing Fee

Credit card payments may include a processing fee of up to 3%.

If a discount is approved, the processing fee may be calculated based on the discounted service amount.

Any applicable credit card processing fee will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Tips

Tips are optional and appreciated.

Customers who would like to leave a tip may choose from available tip options, including:

Custom tip amount

Tips are not required for service.

Appointment Holding Fee

A $25 holding fee may be required to reserve an appointment time, unless directly scheduled with us (786) 499-4724.

The holding fee will be applied toward the final service purchase.

Appointment requests are not confirmed until Outright Window Tinting contacts the customer and confirms availability.

Payment Review

Before completing payment, customers should review the invoice, payment request, service charge, approved discount if applicable, processing fee if paying by credit card, optional tip if selected, and final total.

Pay for Services Rendered

Use this secure payment form only after Outright Window Tinting has confirmed your final payment amount. The form will calculate the approved service amount, approved discount, optional tip, tax if applicable, and credit card processing fee before sending you to Stripe checkout.
